
BOOKING POLICY
​​​To book an appointment, we require a deposit. This deposit is non-refundable. However, it will count toward the overall price of your service during your appointment. During your visit to the shop for your appointment, the remaining balance for the cost of your service will be due.
To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us (preferably by calling or texting us directly at 267-252-9593) at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Cancellations WITH given notice at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment MAY OR MAY NOT be rescheduled. This decision is completely and solely at the discretion of the Business Owner.
For all appointments that are subsequentially cancelled by the client WITHOUT the required given notice at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment, those deposits will count as a cancellation fee and those deposits are not subject to refund or exchange for another service.
Any appointments that are cancelled by way of client not appearing for appointment (Ex.- a "No Show" without any prior communication), those deposits will also count as a cancellation fee and those deposits are not subject to refund or exchange for another service.
Rescheduled appointments WITH given notice at least 24 hours prior to scheduled appointment may be rescheduled for another time. Deposits for any rescheduled appointments will still count towards your original service once rescheduled. During your visit to the shop for your rescheduled appointment, the remaining balance for the cost of your service will be due.
All deposits are non-refundable. Prices are limited time only. Prices subject to change.​​​​​​
